1. Email Response?

- If you send us an email, please allow 24 hours for a response. Please be advised that emails sent on Saturday and Sunday will not be answered until the following business day. 

2. Custom and Personalized Orders?

-We love creating custom and personalized orders. Please feel free to contact us at sales@goldsoulgoodjuju.com with any ideas and we will gladly bring it to life!

3. Custom Sizing?

-Please be sure to read listing details to ensure you are aware of the size you are purchasing. Buyer is responsible for confirming sizing details at checkout. If you would like to request a custom size in any of our products, please let us know at sales@goldsoulgoodjuju.com and we will confirm availability. 

4. Care Instructions for Jewelry and Clothing?

-Jewelry: Please handle all jewelry pieces with care. To avoid damage, avoid showering with jewelry and using oily products. When you are done wearing your piece, please place back in original box that you received with purchase. Do not mix with other jewelry. 

Clothing: Please wash shirts in cold water. To avoid shrinkage, we recommend air drying if possible.
