ALL SALES ARE FINAL!

I will grant a refund or exchange (of the same item) if your item is damaged or broken upon arrival. You must notify me via email at sales@goldsoulgoodjuju.com within 24 hours of receiving your item. **Customer will be responsible for shipping fees. 

I am NOT responsible for packages damaged during shipping by USPS or UPS. I make sure to carefully package all goods that leave our shop to prevent damages. 

If items are no longer available, I will refund you your money or give shop credit of equal value. 

If for some reason, you are truly unsatisfied with your order, please email me as soon as possible so that I can try and make it right! I value and appreciate your support of my small business.
