Shipping Policy
- It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that all shipping information is correct before submitting a final order. We are NOT responsible for packages sent to the wrong address (provided by the customer).
- If for any reason your package is returned due to incorrect address we will provide you the option to be refunded or items can be reshipped for a reshipping fee of $5, paid by the customer. Shipping fees must be paid via Paypal.
** Our store is not responsible for shipping delays.
1. When will my order ship?
- Please allow 5-7 business days for processing. Depending on inventory, processing may take longer. You will be notified by someone from the store if a delay is expected.
2. What if I need my order sooner?
- If your order will require rush shipping, please email me directly at goldsoulgoodjuju@gmail.com with "RUSH ORDER" in the subject line of the email.
3. How can I check the status of my order?
- Once payment has been confirmed, you will receive an email with order status. Please ONLY inquire about the status of your order if you did not receive an email with confirmation or if two (2) weeks have passes since your order was placed and you have not received anything.
4. What do I need to know before placing my order?
- My business is solely ran by one person- ME! Please keep that in mind. All orders are processed and shipped in the order they are received.
